Products & pricing
- All prices are shown in British Pounds (GBP), with an option to view prices in Euros (EUR). The currency charged at checkout is shown before you pay.
- We take care to display products accurately, but slight variations in colour or packaging may occur.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; if an error affects your order we will contact you before dispatch.
Orders & payment
An order is accepted when we send your order confirmation email. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud.
Delivery
Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.
Returns & cancellation
Your rights to return items and cancel orders are set out in our Refund and Returns Policy, including your 14-day statutory right of cancellation under UK and EU consumer law.
Product safety
Our toys are intended for children and carry age recommendations where applicable. Always follow the age guidance and safety warnings on product packaging. Adult supervision is recommended for young children.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the price paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
