30-day returns
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
How to start a return
- Email us at support@pfeit.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will reply within 24 hours (business days) with return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the item back. We recommend a tracked service — return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days. You will receive an email confirmation when it is processed.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund — including any postage costs.
Right of cancellation
